26 week belly

My belly seems to have grown a lot in the last couple of weeks. I'm definitely looking pregnant now. There's no way around wearing maternity pants and skirts. I am really looking forward to some warmer weather when I can wear long flowy summer dresses all the time. I'm feeling good -- also looking forward to the end of the semester when I'm done with all my work. Only a few weeks away from the third trimester!

Just got back from the doctor today, and normally the uterus should be about as many centimeters above the pubic bone as you are weeks along. So, my uterus should be measuring at about 26 cm right now. But it's already at 28 centimeters! We're just going to keep monitoring the size (now my appointments are every 2 weeks), and make sure everything is ok. The doctor asked how big we were as babies, and when we told her 9 and 10 pounds, she was assured that this was probably just going to be a big baby.
